terms

By adding scraps to a server or using it, you agree to these terms.

use it fairly

Don't spam commands, try to overload scraps or use it in a way that disrupts it for everyone else. Don't add it to servers made mainly for spamming bots, farming or testing abuse.

discord's rules apply

Using scraps doesn't change what Discord allows. You still have to follow Discord's terms of service and community guidelines.

what you make it post

You're responsible for what you have scraps post, like embeds and custom messages. A server's admins are responsible for how they set up its moderation, logs and levels.

verification

A server can turn on checks that look for one person verifying more than one account. If your account looks linked to another, the server's admins decide what happens: they can let you through, hold you for a moderator, or kick or ban you. The checks can be wrong, for example on a shared network, so if you were held or removed by mistake, ask that server's moderators. Verifying with several accounts in a server that doesn't allow it can get them held or removed.

if you break these

We can limit what you can do with scraps, blacklist you or your server, or remove the bot, without notice.

no guarantees

scraps is free and comes as it is. It can go down, change or lose data, and we're not liable for what follows from that.

changes

We can update these terms at any time. Using scraps after a change means you accept the new version, and the date below shows when it last changed.

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. Questions go to the support server.
